Published: Lemonade & Lenses Wedding Issue

A wonderful photography magazine, some amazing wedding photographers, and little ol’ me…

Lemonade and Lenses has released their May Wedding Issue. Included in the magazine are gorgeous wedding images and informative articles written by some extremely talented wedding photographers. Oh, and somehow I was included in all of this. L&L gave me the huuuuge opportunity of being one of the guest writers. I don’t feel worthy, but I’m extremely honored!

Jennifer & John: Oklahoma Engagement

To say that these two love birds are crazy about each other, would be an understatement! Jennifer and John are two OU students that fell in love and are getting married this summer. Last year I photographed the wedding of Jennifer’s older sister, so I was absolutely thrilled when Jennifer asked me to photograph her own wedding.

Their engagement session took place in Norman. As we roamed around Sutton Wilderness, John couldn’t stop hugging and kissing his future bride and Jennifer couldn’t stop smiling. If these two are even half as excited at their wedding as they were at this session, than we are in store for some extremely joyful wedding images!

Katy & Devin: The Milestone Texas Wedding

A gorgeous colonial style venue, beautiful purple accents, and the sweetest couple… Those were just a few of the many amazing elements of Katy and Devin’s wedding.

Katy and Devin held their spring wedding at The Milestone in Texas. The long drive leading up to the venue almost built a sense of anticipation that something great was coming. And there was. On the most gorgeous day, Katy and Devin committed their lives to one another and danced the night away with their family and friends.

Amazing pictures! Congratulations on your wedding and wishes for many many happy years ahead. I love the grey suits that the guys wore. I would love to do a similiar thing for my wedding but with navy instead of purple. I’d love to know where the suits are from because I’m having some trouble finding the perfect grey suit. (It was also be great if all the groomsman could rent them instead of buying.)

Morgan: 2013 Senior

The weather was chilly and the wind took over at times, but that didn’t stop this beautiful blonde from rocking her session!

Morgan is a senior at Grace Community School. When describing how she wanted to be portrayed in her senior portraits she answered, “fun and playful, but elegant too”. With her sweet smile, fun outfits, and elegant presence in front of the camera, she easily portrayed those characteristics in her session. She also pulled together three completely different outfits to wear. The first look was kind of hippie chic, the second was a little more city girl, and the last is what I would call “country cutie”. And you know what… she pulled off every look flawlessly!
